How I work
01
Start with the system,
not the interface
Many product challenges are system design problems. I focus first on understanding how information, decisions, and workflows move through the system before designing the interface layer.
02
Clarify ambiguity before optimizing solutions
In complex environments, the hardest problem is often defining the right problem. I spend time aligning teams around the real constraints and opportunities before moving into execution.
03
Design for decisions, not just screens
Products ultimately exist to help people make decisions and take action. I focus on translating complex signals and data into interfaces that make those decisions clear.
04
Use design to align teams
Design artifacts can help teams reason about complex problems. I often use systems diagrams, prototypes, and models to create shared understanding across organizations.
